Account & Data Deletion

You do not need to delete your entire account to remove some of your data. You can delete certain information in the app or request deletion of specific data by email.

In the Kaftan AI customer app:

• Studio design history — remove individual chats from Recent on the Studio home screen
• Saved designs — remove items from a collection under Account → Saved designs
• Design styles — delete saved styles under Account → Design styles
• Body measurements — clear saved measurement fields under Account → Saved measurements
• Data export — download a copy of your data under Account → Danger zone → Download my data

To request deletion of other specific data without closing your account — for example, generated images, prompts, activity history, or profile fields — email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject line: Data Deletion Request. Describe what you want deleted. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

Some records (such as completed purchase or order records) may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance, even when other data is deleted.

You can request deletion of your Kaftan AI account and associated personal data by emailing us at [email protected].

Please send the request from the email address linked to your Kaftan AI account and include the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

After receiving your request, we will verify account ownership and delete your account and associated personal data, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or transaction record purposes.

Data that may be deleted includes:

• Your profile information
• Account details
• Generated content history
• App usage data associated with your account

Some transaction records related to purchases may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.

You can also delete your account in the Kaftan AI customer app under Account → Danger zone → Delete account, or in the Kaftan AI Tailor app under Profile. Google and Apple sign-in accounts confirm deletion by typing DELETE; email accounts require your password.
